It will create a complete Sitemap in xml format , which is downloadable . Then you can place this in your site or webmaster account.
Using Plugin to create Sitemap
If follow above mentioned steps , you can easily include the sitemap to your site and Google Insights.

As I already mentioned , sitemap acts like guide for your entire site ,which helps google crawler to index the pages of the site for better ranking.

How to include a sitemap in a website?
The following step by step procedure will resolve the problem of sitemap generation and inclusion to the website.
Step 1 :visit the site https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ . Enter the website name and click on start .
Step 2 : It will start generating the sitemap ,which looks like .
Step 3 : Download the sitemap ,which save as a xml file .
Step 4 : You can create a separate page for the sitemap in your site and Log in to google webmaster account and include the sitemap there.

Step 6 : After logging in ,click on the index tab at the right side of google webmaster.
Step 7 : Upload the site map to the sitemap section of the google webmaster. It will ask for the URL to upload , you can specify the sitemap.xml pathname in your site ,it will automatically import the data and do the indexing.
Step 8 : In this sitemap you can have many parameters, like date submitted , last seen , type , status.
